How do I prepare for my Microblading session?

Before your appointment:
Do not work out the day of your treatment.
Any type of facial, Chemical peel, dermabrasion or any other intense skin treatment should be performed 3-4 weeks prior to treatment.
No Botox or fillers in/around the the procedure area 4 weeks prior to treatment.
Do not take fish oil or Vitamin E 1 week prior to treatment (they are natural blood thinners).
Do not drink alcohol 24-48 hours before treatment.
Limit the amount of caffeine you have the morning of your appointment.
Do not take aspirin or ibuprofen for pain relief (these also thin the blood)
Discontinue any Vitamin A skin care products around the brow area at least 2 weeks before treatment.
