Available for any dollar amount. Valid for 3 years from purchase date. We also have the option of purchasing a digital voucher online that can be sent via email and printed at home.
Deposits
All Cosmetic Tattooing appointments attract a $90 deposit. These deposits will be counted toward your booked service and you will only be required to pay the balance on the day of your appointment.
Your deposit is transferable and refundable if you need to change or cancel your appointment, given you provide at least 24 hours notice of any changes. If you do not give at least 24 hours notice your deposit will be forfeited.
Cancelation/No Show Policy
We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment for free up to 24 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment time.
For cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 30% of the service price.
You will be charged 50% for late cancellations or no-shows for not showing up.

Allergic Reactions
Although the possibility is low, reactions to eyelash extensions or any products used may occur at any time to anyone at no fault of the lash technician or the products used. We cannot offer a refund if this occurs but we do advise that you contact us immediately so we can book you in for a free removal of the extensions. We recommend seeing a doctor immediately if the symptoms persist.

Children
Although some of us are mothers ourselves and we all love children, we ask that you don’t bring your young children (12 years old or younger) to the salon without another adult to supervise them. Your eyes will be closed and we will be working, therefore unable to make sure they stay safe in the salon.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected things pop up. If you need to cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. We send all of our appointment confirmations by text or email.
At this stage, the deposits are required for cosmetic tattoo bookings only. However, if you make a habit of not turning up to appointments or cancelling last minute (3 or more times), we will require a $50 deposit for future appointments.
